BEFORE invoking, check if the question is specific enough to research directly — if underspecified (e.g., \"what car to buy\" without budget/use-case/region), ask 2-3 clarifying questions to narrow scope. Then pass the refined question as args, weaving the answers in.\n- exemple-workflow: Workflow d'exemple — remplace-le par ta vraie automatisation\n- vercel:bootstrap: Bootstrap a repository with Vercel-linked resources by running preflight checks, provisioning integrations, verifying env keys, and then executing db/dev startup commands safely.\n- vercel:deploy: Deploy the current project to Vercel. Automated behaviors (\"from now on when X\", \"each time X\", \"whenever X\", \"before/after X\") require hooks configured in settings.json - the harness executes these, not Claude, so memory/preferences cannot fulfill them. Also use for: permissions (\"allow X\", \"add permission\", \"move permission to\"), env vars (\"set X=Y\"), hook troubleshooting, or any changes to settings.json/settings.local.json files. Examples: \"allow npm commands\", \"add bq permission to global settings\", \"move permission to user settings\", \"set DEBUG=true\", \"when claude stops show X\". For simple settings like theme/model, suggest the /config command.\n- keybindings-help: Use when the user wants to customize keyboard shortcuts, rebind keys, add chord bindings, or modify ~/.claude/keybindings.json. Use when asked to verify a PR, confirm a fix works, test a change manually, check that a feature works, or validate local changes before pushing.\n- code-review: Review the current diff for correctness bugs and reuse/simplification/efficiency cleanups at the given effort level (low/medium: fewer, high-confidence findings; high→max: broader coverage, may include uncertain findings; ultra: deep multi-agent review in the cloud). Pass --comment to post findings as inline PR comments, or --fix to apply the findings to the working tree after the review.\n- simplify: Review the changed code for reuse, simplification, efficiency, and altitude cleanups, then apply the fixes. Quality only — it does not hunt for bugs; use /code-review for that.\n- fewer-permission-prompts: Scan your transcripts for common read-only Bash and MCP tool calls, then add a prioritized allowlist to project .claude/settings.json to reduce permission prompts.\n- loop: Run a prompt or slash command on a recurring interval (e.g. /loop 5m /foo). Omit the interval to let the model self-pace. - When the user wants to set up a recurring task, poll for status, or run something repeatedly on an interval (e.g. \"check the deploy every 5 minutes\", \"keep running /babysit-prs\"). Do NOT invoke for one-off tasks.\n- schedule: Create, update, list, or run scheduled remote agents (routines) that execute on a cron schedule. - When the user wants to schedule a recurring remote agent, set up automated tasks, create a cron job for Claude Code, or manage their scheduled agents/routines. Also use when the user wants a one-time scheduled run (\"run this once at 3pm\", \"remind me to check X tomorrow\").\n- claude-api: Build, debug, and optimize Claude API / Anthropic SDK apps. Apps built with this skill should include prompt caching. Also handles migrating existing Claude API code between Claude model versions (4.5 → 4.6, 4.6 → 4.7, retired-model replacements).\nTRIGGER when: code imports `anthropic`/`@anthropic-ai/sdk`; user asks for the Claude API, Anthropic SDK, or Managed Agents; user adds/modifies/tunes a Claude feature (caching, thinking, compaction, tool use, batch, files, citations, memory) or model (Opus/Sonnet/Haiku) in a file; questions about prompt caching / cache hit rate in an Anthropic SDK project.\nSKIP: file imports `openai`/other-provider SDK, filename like `*-openai.py`/`*-generic.py`, provider-neutral code, general programming/ML.\n- run: Launch and drive this project's app to see a change working. Use when asked to run, start, or screenshot the app, or to confirm a change works in the real app (not just tests). First looks for a project skill that already covers launching the app; otherwise falls back to built-in patterns per project type (CLI, server, TUI, Electron, browser-driven, library).\n- init\n- review: Review a pull request\n- security-review","skillCount":111,"isInitial":true,"names":["adapt","animate","arrange","audit","bolder","bun-to-next","cinik-blog-brief","cinik-translator","clarify","colorize","critique","delight","design-taste-frontend","distill","extract","feedbackpin","full-output-enforcement","gsap-core","gsap-frameworks","gsap-performance","gsap-plugins","gsap-react","gsap-scrolltrigger","gsap-timeline","gsap-utils","harden","high-end-visual-design","impeccable","industrial-brutalist-ui","minimalist-ui","netlify-cli","nextjs-wordpress-headless","normalize","onboard","optimize","overdrive","paf-site-magic","polish","quieter","redesign-existing-projects","refero-design","seo","seo-audit","seo-backlinks","seo-competitor-pages","seo-content","seo-dataforseo","seo-firecrawl","seo-geo","seo-google","seo-hreflang","seo-image-gen","seo-images","seo-local","seo-maps","seo-page","seo-plan","seo-programmatic","seo-schema","seo-sitemap","seo-technical","shape","stitch-design-taste","typeset","handoff","deep-research","exemple-workflow","vercel:bootstrap","vercel:deploy","vercel:env","vercel:marketplace","vercel:status","vercel:ai-gateway","vercel:ai-sdk","vercel:auth","vercel:bootstrap","vercel:chat-sdk","vercel:deployments-cicd","vercel:env-vars","vercel:knowledge-update","vercel:marketplace","vercel:next-cache-components","vercel:next-forge","vercel:next-upgrade","vercel:nextjs","vercel:react-best-practices","vercel:routing-middleware","vercel:runtime-cache","vercel:shadcn","vercel:turbopack","vercel:vercel-agent","vercel:vercel-cli","vercel:vercel-firewall","vercel:vercel-functions","vercel:vercel-sandbox","vercel:vercel-storage","vercel:verification","vercel:workflow","update-config","keybindings-help","verify","code-review","simplify","fewer-permission-prompts","loop","schedule","claude-api","run","init","review","security-review"]},"type":"attachment","uuid":"e401e151-2ee0-4e76-ad50-88427a152e69","timestamp":"2026-06-01T11:02:29.617Z","userType":"external","entrypoint":"cli","cwd":"/opt/automator/cinik-writer-transtor/files/articles","sessionId":"e5b0d32c-b7e6-4f5d-830a-2c1bb8398957","version":"2.1.158","gitBranch":"HEAD"}

Pourquoi la greffe reste l'option de référence et quand la prothèse se justifie.\n4\t\n5\t---\n6\t\n7\t# Prothèse capillaire : fonctionnement, entretien et comparaison avec la greffe\n8\t\n9\tUn homme sur trois perd des cheveux de façon visible avant 30 ans. À 50 ans, c'est un sur deux. Forcément, beaucoup cherchent une réponse rapide. La prothèse capillaire est l'une d'elles. Soyons clairs tout de suite : **elle ne soigne rien. Elle masque.**\n10\t\n11\tVous hésitez entre une prothèse et une solution définitive ? On va voir ensemble comment marche un système capillaire, à qui il s'adresse, ce qu'il réclame au quotidien, et ce qu'il coûte vraiment, en argent comme en temps. Honnêtement. Sans rien vous survendre.\n12\t\n13\tDisons-le franchement dès maintenant : **la greffe de cheveux reste l'option de référence.** La prothèse, elle, est un **plan B**. Une solution valable, oui, mais uniquement dans certains cas que nous allons détailler.\n14\t\n15\t## Qu'est-ce qu'une prothèse capillaire\n16\t\n17\tUne prothèse capillaire, c'est un dispositif qui recouvre une zone dégarnie du cuir chevelu. On l'appelle aussi **système capillaire**, complément capillaire, ou plus simplement postiche moderne. En anglais, vous croiserez souvent le terme \"hair system\".\n18\t\n19\tAttention, ce n'est pas une perruque classique qui coiffe toute la tête. La prothèse partielle se pose seulement là où vos cheveux ont disparu. Elle se fond avec ceux qui vous restent.\n20\t\n21\t### De quoi est faite une prothèse\n22\t\n23\tDeux éléments, pas plus. Une **base**, et des **fibres**.\n24\t\n25\tLa base, c'est une membrane très fine. Elle existe en dentelle (lace), en polyuréthane (skin), ou en mono fin. Chaque matériau a sa logique. La dentelle respire mieux et reste discrète à la racine. Le polyuréthane, lui, imite la peau de façon très réaliste et accroche bien l'adhésif.\n26\t\n27\tLes fibres, ensuite, sont soit synthétiques, soit en cheveux humains. Les cheveux humains se coiffent comme les vôtres et tiennent plus longtemps. Le synthétique coûte moins cher, mais vieillit plus vite et déteste la chaleur.\n28\t\n29\t### Comment une prothèse tient sur la tête\n30\t\n31\tPlusieurs façons de la fixer. Par colle (adhésif liquide), par bandes adhésives double face, par clips, ou par micro liens accrochés sur les cheveux existants.\n32\t\n33\tChaque méthode a son compromis. La colle tient plusieurs jours, mais impose un nettoyage régulier. Les clips, eux, s'enlèvent le soir, mais **ils tirent sur vos cheveux naturels.** Retenez ce détail, on y revient plus bas.\n34\t\n35\t## Pour qui la prothèse capillaire est-elle adaptée\n36\t\n37\tLa prothèse ne convient pas à tout le monde de la même façon. Tout dépend de votre cas. Et surtout : dans la grande majorité des situations, **on ne l'envisage que lorsqu'une greffe n'est pas possible.**\n38\t\n39\tElle peut aider les personnes en [chute de cheveux](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/chute-de-cheveux) diffuse, celles touchées par une [alopécie areata](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/alopecie-areata) étendue, ou les patients qui ont perdu leurs cheveux après une chimiothérapie. Dans ces situations, une greffe n'est pas toujours envisageable.\n40\t\n41\tElle intéresse aussi les hommes en [alopécie androgénétique](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/alopecie-androgenetique) avancée, autrement dit la calvitie héréditaire liée aux hormones, qui veulent un résultat immédiat. Et les [femmes aux cheveux clairsemés](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/femme-cheveux-clairsemes) en quête de volume sans intervention.\n42\t\n43\tEn clair, la prothèse répond à un besoin précis : retrouver une apparence de cheveux tout de suite. Pas de bloc opératoire. Pas de mois d'attente. Mais ce résultat immédiat se paie au quotidien, et c'est tout l'enjeu de la suite.\n44\t\n45\t### Quand la prothèse atteint ses limites\n46\t\n47\tElle a aussi ses contre-indications, bien concrètes. Cuir chevelu très sensible ou sujet aux irritations ? Les adhésifs risquent de poser problème. Certaines colles déclenchent des **dermatites de contact**, une réaction inflammatoire de la peau.\n48\t\n49\tVous transpirez beaucoup, vous faites du sport intensif ? La tenue devient vite un casse-tête. Et si ce que vous cherchez, c'est une solution qu'on oublie complètement, passez votre chemin. La prothèse, ça demande de l'attention. Tout le temps.\n50\t\n51\t## L'entretien d'une prothèse capillaire au quotidien\n52\t\n53\tC'est souvent là que ça coince. Une prothèse, ce n'est pas un objet qu'on pose une fois pour toutes. **C'est un engagement quotidien, sans pause.**\n54\t\n55\tConcrètement, voici ce qui vous attend, encore et encore :\n56\t\n57\t- **Nettoyer la base** régulièrement pour évacuer les résidus de colle et de sébum.\n58\t- **Laver les fibres** avec des produits spécifiques, pas n'importe quel shampoing.\n59\t- **Réappliquer l'adhésif** tous les quelques jours, ou décoller puis recoller tout le système.\n60\t- **Repositionner** un système collé en continu toutes les **deux à six semaines**, selon la méthode.\n61\t- **Soigner les fibres en cheveux humains** comme de vrais cheveux : démêlage doux, hydratation, protection contre la chaleur.\n62\t\n63\tRien de tout ça n'est optionnel. Sautez une étape et le rendu trahit la prothèse, ou le cuir chevelu réagit. C'est une routine qui ne s'arrête jamais.\n64\t\n65\t### La durée de vie d'une prothèse\n66\t\n67\tUne prothèse ne dure pas éternellement. Loin de là.\n68\t\n69\tUn système synthétique tient souvent **quelques mois**. Un système en cheveux humains de bonne qualité dure en général **entre six mois et un an**, parfois plus si vous l'entretenez avec soin. Après, les fibres s'usent, la base se fragilise, et le rendu se dégrade.\n70\t\n71\tConclusion : il faut **remplacer la prothèse régulièrement.** Un cycle qui recommence. À vie, tant que vous portez le système. Rien ne pousse dessous : votre calvitie, elle, continue d'évoluer sous la membrane.\n72\t\n73\t## Le coût caché d'une prothèse capillaire\n74\t\n75\tOn vous vend souvent la prothèse comme une solution abordable. La réalité est plus nuancée. Parce que le vrai coût n'est pas seulement financier. Il se compte aussi en temps et en contraintes.\n76\t\n77\tUne prothèse se remplace **plusieurs fois par an.** Et chaque remplacement a un prix. Ajoutez les adhésifs, les produits de nettoyage, les bandes, parfois les rendez-vous en salon pour la pose et la coupe.\n78\t\n79\tSur dix ou vingt ans, ces dépenses répétées s'empilent. **Ce qui paraissait économique au départ devient un vrai poids sur la durée.** Voilà le coût caché qu'on oublie de vous mentionner.\n80\t\n81\tEt le temps, dans tout ça ? Il compte aussi. Entretien, repositionnement, vigilance de chaque instant. Vous surveillez la météo, la transpiration, le vent. Cette **charge mentale** est bien réelle, et elle ne s'arrête jamais tant que vous portez le système.\n82\t\n83\t### Le risque pour vos cheveux naturels\n84\t\n85\tVoici le point qu'on passe trop souvent sous silence. **Les systèmes fixés par tension peuvent abîmer les cheveux qui vous restent.**\n86\t\n87\tLa traction répétée sur les follicules provoque ce qu'on appelle l'**alopécie de traction**, une chute causée par le tiraillement permanent. Les clips, les liens serrés, les attaches qui tirent en continu finissent par fragiliser les cheveux à la lisière. Au début, cette alopécie est réversible. Mais si la tension dure des années, elle peut devenir **définitive et cicatricielle.**\n88\t\n89\tAutrement dit, une prothèse mal posée ou trop serrée peut **aggraver votre situation de départ.** D'où l'importance, encore une fois, d'un diagnostic professionnel avant de vous lancer.\n90\t\n91\t## Prothèse capillaire ou greffe : ce qui les sépare vraiment\n92\t\n93\tC'est la question centrale. Deux approches radicalement différentes. **L'une masque, l'autre traite.**\n94\t\n95\tLa prothèse est temporaire et externe. Elle ne fait pas repousser vos cheveux, elle les couvre. Résultat immédiat, oui, mais vous restez **dépendant du système**, de son entretien et de ses remplacements à répétition.\n96\t\n97\tLa [greffe de cheveux](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-de-cheveux) est une [transplantation capillaire](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/transplantation-capillaire) **définitive.** On prélève vos propres [follicules pileux](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/follicule-pileux) dans une zone résistante, puis on les réimplante dans les zones dégarnies. Les cheveux transplantés repoussent et restent. **Ils sont à vous.**\n98\t\n99\t### Ce que chaque option implique vraiment\n100\t\n101\tLa greffe demande un investissement de départ et un peu de patience. Les [résultats d'une greffe de cheveux](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/resultats-greffe-de-cheveux) se voient pleinement après plusieurs mois, le temps que les [cheveux après la greffe](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/cheveux-apres-greffe) poussent. Mais une fois la repousse installée, **vous n'avez plus rien à gérer.** Pas d'adhésif, pas de remplacement, aucune contrainte quotidienne.\n102\t\n103\tLes techniques modernes, comme la [greffe FUE](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-fue), la [greffe de cheveux saphir](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-de-cheveux-saphir) et la [greffe de cheveux DHI](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-de-cheveux-dhi), donnent un rendu naturel et une cicatrisation rapide. Le résultat se fond dans votre [densité capillaire](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/densite-capillaire) existante.\n104\t\n105\tLa prothèse, à l'inverse, vous offre un résultat dès le premier jour. Sauf que ce résultat se paie en **entretien permanent et en remplacements à vie.** Voilà, au fond, le vrai arbitrage : un confort immédiat mais sous condition, contre une solution durable qui vous libère.\n106\t\n107\tC'est pourquoi, à la clinique, **la greffe reste la solution que l'on recommande en priorité** dès qu'elle est réalisable.\n108\t\n109\t### Et si la greffe n'est pas possible\n110\t\n111\tIl existe des cas, bien réels, où la greffe n'est pas indiquée. C'est précisément là que la prothèse retrouve tout son intérêt comme **solution de couverture.** Voici les situations qui la justifient :\n112\t\n113\t- **Zone donneuse insuffisante** : pas assez de follicules résistants à prélever pour couvrir les zones dégarnies.\n114\t- **Calvitie trop étendue** ou encore évolutive, qui rendrait un résultat de greffe incomplet.\n115\t- **Contre-indication médicale** à la chirurgie.\n116\t- **Alopécie areata active**, ou autre alopécie non éligible à la transplantation.\n117\t- **Refus de la chirurgie** : vous ne souhaitez tout simplement pas être opéré.\n118\t\n119\tDans ces cas, la prothèse garde tout son sens. Et d'autres pistes existent aussi pour ralentir la chute ou densifier. Le [minoxidil](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/minoxidil) et le [finastéride](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/finasteride) agissent sur l'évolution de la calvitie. Le [PRP cheveux](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/prp-cheveux) et la [mésothérapie capillaire](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/mesotherapie-capillaire) stimulent les follicules encore en place.\n120\t\n121\tUn point d'honnêteté, là encore : sur l'alopécie androgénétique, **ces traitements ralentissent ou densifient, mais ne remplacent jamais un follicule perdu.** Dès qu'on les arrête, la chute reprend. Ils relèvent de l'entretien de première intention. Seule la greffe redéploie des follicules définitifs, et c'est pour ça qu'elle reste la référence quand elle est possible.\n122\t\n123\t## Considérations pratiques avant de choisir\n124\t\n125\tAvant de trancher, posez-vous les bonnes questions. Où en êtes-vous dans votre [calvitie](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/traitement-calvitie) ? Votre chute est-elle stabilisée, ou continue-t-elle de progresser ? Vous cherchez un résultat immédiat, ou durable ?\n126\t\n127\tMesurez aussi votre **tolérance à l'entretien.** Une prothèse, c'est une routine sans fin. Si cette contrainte vous pèse déjà rien qu'en y pensant, elle deviendra vite un fardeau.\n128\t\n129\tN'oubliez pas l'effet psychologique. La perte de cheveux touche l'estime de soi et le bien-être. Une solution qui vous rassure, ça compte énormément. Mais une solution qui vous stresse au quotidien peut produire l'effet inverse.\n130\t\n131\tEnfin, **ne décidez jamais seul sur la foi d'une publicité.** Un diagnostic personnalisé examine votre cuir chevelu, votre zone donneuse et le type d'alopécie en cause. C'est le seul moyen de savoir ce qui vous convient vraiment, et de vérifier d'abord si une greffe est possible.\n132\t\n133\t## Ce que propose la clinique du Dr Emrah Cinik\n134\t\n135\tÀ la clinique, tout commence par une [analyse capillaire](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/consultation-capillaire) complète. On examine votre cuir chevelu, on mesure votre densité, on identifie la cause précise de votre chute.\n136\t\n137\tSi la greffe est indiquée, et c'est le cas le plus fréquent, les techniques de [greffe de cheveux homme](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-de-cheveux-homme) et de [greffe de cheveux femme](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-de-cheveux-femme) s'adaptent à chaque profil. Le but : un résultat **naturel et définitif**, pensé pour votre morphologie.\n138\t\n139\tEt si la greffe n'est pas la meilleure option pour vous ? Le diagnostic vous oriente alors vers les solutions les plus pertinentes, prothèse comprise quand elle se justifie. Ici, **l'honnêteté du conseil passe avant tout le reste.**\n140\t\n141\t## Références scientifiques\n142\t\n143\t1. Alfonso, M., Richter-Appelt, H., Tosti, A., Viera, M. S., & García, M. (2005). Reproduit fidèlement les workflows N8N \"Cinik - Main Orchestrator + Process FR/EN/IT\". Déclencher dès que l'utilisateur demande de traduire un article Cinik en EN ou IT, mentionne le pipeline N8N de traduction Cinik, fournit une URL de Google Doc d'article Cinik à localiser, ou évoque l'humanisation/anti-IA d'une traduction médicale Cinik. Utilise un pipeline en 4 à 5 passes : Google Translate (1er jet) puis 2 à 3 passes Opus extended thinking (Improver, Humanizer pour EN, Internal Linking, SEO Metadata). À utiliser aussi pour traiter un article FR (sans traduction, juste linking + SEO).\n4\t---\n5\t\n6\t# Cinik Translator\n7\t\n8\tPipeline complet de traduction et localisation d'articles de blog Cinik (médical, greffe de cheveux). Reproduit les 4 workflows N8N opérationnels chez Tom.\n9\t\n10\t## Vue d'ensemble du pipeline\n11\t\n12\tL'article source est en français. Le pipeline diffère selon **le type de contenu** :\n13\t\n14\t### Articles de blog Cinik (cibles : EN, IT)\n15\t\n16\t```\n17\tFR (source)  : Internal Linking -> SEO Metadata -> Google Doc FR\n18\tEN (UK)      : Google Translate EN -> UK Improver -> UK Humanizer -> Internal Linking -> SEO Metadata -> Google Doc EN\n19\tIT           : Google Translate IT -> IT Improver                 -> Internal Linking -> SEO Metadata -> Google Doc IT\n20\t```\n21\t\n22\tEN passe par 2 passes Opus (Improver + Humanizer), IT par 1 seule passe (Improver). FR ne traduit pas. Comportement identique au workflow N8N originel.\n23\t\n24\t### Pages techniques Cinik (cibles : toutes les langues du site)\n25\t\n26\tLes pages techniques (avec patterns CMS, slugs comme `greffe-de-cheveux/<page>`) sont traduites du français vers **toutes les langues du site** :\n27\t\n28\t| Code | Langue | Notes |\n29\t|---|---|---|\n30\t| en | English (UK) | Pipeline complet : Improver + Humanizer |\n31\t| it | Italiano | Improver IT |\n32\t| es | Español | Improver générique |\n33\t| pt | Português | Improver générique |\n34\t| de | Deutsch | Improver générique |\n35\t| nl | Nederlands | Improver générique |\n36\t| ro | Română | Improver générique |\n37\t| he | עברית | Improver générique (RTL) |\n38\t| cs | Čeština | Improver générique |\n39\t| ru | Русский | Improver générique |\n40\t| pl | Polski | Improver générique |\n41\t| el | Ελληνικά | Improver générique |\n42\t| ar | العربية | Improver générique (RTL) |\n43\t| fa | فارسی | Improver générique (RTL) |\n44\t| tr | Türkçe | Improver générique |\n45\t| sr-Latn | Srpski (latinica) | **Toujours alphabet latin, jamais cyrillique** |\n46\t| hr | Hrvatski | Improver générique |\n47\t\n48\tPour les langues secondaires (tout sauf EN/IT), utiliser `prompts/improver-generic.md` paramétré par langue. Le rendu est moins poli qu'avec un prompt spécifique mais reste correct si la consigne anti-IA générique est suivie.\n49\t\n50\tPour les articles de blog, **ne jamais traduire au-delà de EN+IT** sans accord explicite.\n51\t\n52\t## Comment décider blog vs page\n53\t\n54\t- **Article de blog** : présence d'un H1 éditorial, pas de patterns CMS (`load-file-*`, `section__*`), généralement avec sources académiques NIH en bas. Cible : EN + IT.\n55\t- **Page technique** : présence de patterns CMS (codes en backticks, en-têtes `**▸ bloc-N · NOM**`, séparateurs box-drawing). Cible : toutes les langues du site.\n56\t\n57\tEn cas de doute, demander à Tom avant de lancer le pipeline complet.\n58\t\n59\t## Modèle et thinking\n60\t\n61\tLe workflow N8N originel utilise `anthropic/claude-opus-4.6`. Note pour Tom : il n'existe pas de \"4.7\", l'Opus actuel est 4.6 (équivalent au modèle qui fait tourner ce skill). À chaque passe créative (Improver, Humanizer, Internal Linking), exploiter le **extended thinking** : avant de produire l'output JSON, prendre le temps de vraiment analyser le texte phrase par phrase, repérer les marques d'IA, et reformuler avec attention. Pas de mode automatique. La qualité de la fluidification dépend de la profondeur de réflexion sur chaque paragraphe.\n62\t\n63\t## Architecture en 2 phases (zéro conflit bash)\n64\t\n65\tLe sandbox bash de Cowork est mono-process. Pour traiter plusieurs langues en parallèle sans collision, le pipeline est strictement découpé :\n66\t\n67\t### Phase 1 — Orchestrateur (parent uniquement, bash série)\n68\t\n69\tLe **parent** (Claude Cowork principal, jamais un subagent) lance UNE fois le script `scripts/prepare_batch.py` qui pré-calcule tous les artefacts :\n70\t\n71\t```bash\n72\tpython3 cinik-translator/scripts/prepare_batch.py \\\n73\t    --source /path/to/source-fr.md \\\n74\t    --workdir /path/to/test-sedation \\\n75\t    --langs en,es,pt,de,nl,ro,he,cs,ru,pl,el,ar,fa,tr,sr-Latn,hr\n76\t```\n77\t\n78\tCe script fait, **en série** :\n79\t- Google Translate FR -> chaque langue cible (via `deep-translator`)\n80\t- Hreflang lookup pour chaque URL FR du source (via `requests` sur le site Cinik)\n81\t- Sauvegarde tout dans `<workdir>/translations/` :\n82\t  - `raw-{lang}.md` — premier jet GT par langue\n83\t  - `hreflang-{lang}.json` — mapping URL FR -> URL traduite (ou `keep_anchor_remove_link`)\n84\t  - `manifest.json` — index général\n85\t\n86\tUne seule commande bash, un seul process, aucun conflit possible. Durée : ~30s à 2 min selon le nb de langues.\n87\t\n88\t### Phase 2 — Subagents (parallèle, ZÉRO bash)\n89\t\n90\tUne fois la Phase 1 terminée, le parent lance N subagents (un par langue, en parallèle). Chaque subagent reçoit en input :\n91\t- Chemin du `raw-{lang}.md` (déjà pré-calculé)\n92\t- Chemin du `hreflang-{lang}.json` (mapping fourni)\n93\t- Chemins des fichiers du skill à lire (SKILL.md, prompts, references)\n94\t- Code langue cible et nom natif\n95\t\n96\tLe subagent fait UNIQUEMENT du LLM thinking + écriture de fichiers + appels MCP. **JAMAIS de bash.** Concrètement :\n97\t- `Read` pour charger les artefacts et les prompts\n98\t- `Write` / `Edit` pour produire les versions Improver/Humanizer/Polish/Linking\n99\t- pour le doc final : écrire le `.md`, puis le parent (PAS le subagent) lance le CLI `gdoc_publish.py` (voir étape 7). Les subagents ne créent pas de Doc eux-mêmes.\n100\t\n101\tLes subagents en parallèle sont totalement isolés du sandbox bash. Aucune contention possible.\n102\t\n103\t### Pourquoi cette architecture\n104\t\n105\t- **Isolation bash** : un seul process bash (parent en Phase 1), zéro process bash (subagents en Phase 2)\n106\t- **Parallélisme massif** : on peut traiter 16 langues en parallèle sans collision\n107\t- **Reproductibilité** : si un subagent échoue, on relance UNIQUEMENT lui sans refaire la Phase 1\n108\t- **Économie** : la Phase 1 (translate + hreflang) ne se fait qu'une fois par doc, pas par langue × subagent\n109\t\n110\t## Étape 0 : Récupérer l'article source\n111\t\n112\tTrois sources possibles pour le doc à traduire :\n113\t\n114\t1. **URL de Google Doc** collée dans le chat\n115\t2. **Carte Trello** (colonne \"Images à Mettre\" ou \"A publier\") qui contient le lien Google Doc dans sa description ou un commentaire. Voir `references/trello-workflow.md` pour le détail.\n116\t3. **Contenu markdown collé** ou fichier local\n117\t\n118\tPour un Google Doc, utiliser le MCP **Google Drive** (`mcp__claude_ai_Google_Drive__read_file_content` / `download_file_content`) en récupérant le contenu en markdown. Vérifier que le contenu fait au moins 100 caractères, sinon arrêter et signaler. (Le MCP `google-docs` n'est pas branché sur ce VPS.)\n119\t\n120\t**Cas particulier des pages techniques.** Certaines pages contiennent des **instructions CMS** (codes de templates, classes CSS, séparateurs box-drawing, marqueurs de blocs). Ces instructions ne doivent **jamais** être traduites. Voir la section \"Patterns CMS\" plus bas et le détail dans `references/cms-patterns.md`. Le script `scripts/translate.py` protège automatiquement la plupart des patterns, mais l'Improver et le Humanizer doivent aussi être avertis dans leur prompt.\n121\t\n122\t## Patterns CMS à préserver (CRITIQUE)\n123\t\n124\tSi l'article contient un ou plusieurs de ces signaux, c'est une page technique avec instructions CMS :\n125\t\n126\t- des codes en backticks comme `load-file-hero-1`, `section__hero_1`, `theme_blue`, `ui__button`\n127\t- des lignes de séparation faites de caractères `━` ou `─` répétés\n128\t- des en-têtes au format `**▸ bloc-N · NOM**`\n129\t- des marqueurs emoji comme `**🥖 FIL D'ARIANE**` ou `**🔍 APERÇU GOOGLE**`\n130\t- des slugs URL relatifs comme `greffe-de-cheveux/greffe-avec-sedation`\n131\t\n132\tDans ce cas, **avant chaque passe Improver/Humanizer**, ajouter en tête du prompt cette consigne explicite :\n133\t\n134\t```\n135\tIMPORTANT : ce texte contient des instructions CMS qui doivent rester intactes.\n136\tNe traduis JAMAIS (= garder identique au source FR) :\n137\t- les codes entre backticks (ex: `load-file-hero-1`, `section__header__title`)\n138\t- les lignes de séparation ━━━ ou ───\n139\t- les en-têtes **▸ bloc-N · NOM DU BLOC** : le préfixe `bloc-N` et le NOM DU BLOC restent en source FR (ex: \"bloc-4 · 3 COLONNES CIRCLE SLIDER\" reste identique, ne devient PAS \"blocco-4 · 3 COLONNE CIRCLE SLIDER\")\n140\t- les marqueurs emoji + label (ex: **🥖 FIL D'ARIANE**, **🔍 APERÇU GOOGLE** restent en français)\n141\t- tous les labels structurels CMS en MAJUSCULES qui sont des annotations dev :\n142\t    PAGE TECHNIQUE, FIL D'ARIANE, APERÇU GOOGLE, SOUS-TITRE 1/2/3, CONTENU WYSIWYG,\n143\t    DESCRIPTION (entre parenthèses), 3 COLONNES TEXTE, Colonne 1/2/3, 2 CARTES DÉTAILLÉES,\n144\t    Carte 1/2, 7 ÉTAPES CLÉS, ÉTAPES, QUESTIONS / RÉPONSES, Sources académiques\n145\t- les classes CSS (theme_blue, button_blue, etc.)\n146\t\n147\tTu peux et dois TRADUIRE :\n148\t- le slug source dans **PAGE TECHNIQUE** • SLUG : il faut produire le slug équivalent dans la langue cible (ex: \"greffe-de-cheveux/greffe-avec-sedation\" devient \"trapianto-di-capelli/trapianto-con-sedazione\" en IT, \"hair-transplant/transplant-with-sedation\" en EN)\n149\t- les titres éditoriaux en MAJUSCULES (ex: \"CONFORT MAXIMAL, ZÉRO STRESS\" -> \"COMFORT MASSIMO, ZERO STRESS\")\n150\t- le contenu humain des sections\n151\t- les labels de boutons CTA (ex: \"DIAGNOSTIC GRATUIT\" -> \"DIAGNOSI GRATUITA\")\n152\t- les questions FAQ (Q1 · ...?)\n153\t- les titres de timeline (1. Le prompt inclut les bannissements de patterns (\"Ultimate Guide\", \"Discover\", \"Revolutionary\", etc.) en EN, FR et IT.\n173\t\n174\t**1c. Fusion.** Le résultat (existant ou généré) sert de référence pour toutes les passes suivantes. Stocker sous forme d'objet `seoData` avec `primaryKeyword`, `title`, `metaDescription`, `url`, `language`.\n175\t\n176\t## Étape 2 : Premier jet via Google Translate\n177\t\n178\t**Mode subagent (Phase 2)** : ne PAS lancer le script. Le fichier `raw-{lang}.md` est déjà fourni dans le dossier `translations/` par la Phase 1 de l'orchestrateur. Le subagent fait juste `Read` dessus.\n179\t\n180\t**Mode orchestrateur (Phase 1)** : lancer le script `scripts/prepare_batch.py` qui appelle en interne `translate.py` pour toutes les langues demandées en série. Pas d'appel direct à `translate.py` en mode skill.\n181\t\n182\tLe premier jet est volontairement brut. C'est la base que les passes suivantes vont raffiner. Le script protège automatiquement les patterns CMS (codes en backticks, box-drawing, slugs, URLs) avant de les envoyer à Google Translate.\n183\t\n184\t## Étape 3 : Improver (passe de localisation)\n185\t\n186\tCette passe transforme le texte brut de Google Translate en texte qui sonne natif, en respectant les règles anti-IA Cinik.\n187\t\n188\tSelon la cible :\n189\t- EN : utiliser le prompt complet dans `prompts/improver-en.md` (UK English, ~7400 chars de règles)\n190\t- IT : utiliser le prompt complet dans `prompts/improver-it.md` (italien, ~7800 chars)\n191\t\n192\tLes deux prompts ont la même structure : vocabulaire interdit, patterns de contenu à éliminer, patterns linguistiques, règles de style, conclusions, voix.\n193\t\n194\t**Comment travailler.** Lire le prompt en entier avant de commencer. Ensuite, lire le texte brut. Faire un premier passage mental section par section pour identifier les pires marques d'IA (importance gonflée, participes présents en chaîne, langage promotionnel). Réécrire en restant fidèle au sens. Output JSON `{\"improved_text\": \"...\"}`.\n195\t\n196\t**Préserver impérativement** : les liens markdown, les URLs, les noms propres médicaux, les chiffres, les sources scientifiques.\n197\t\n198\t## Étape 4 : Humanizer (EN uniquement)\n199\t\n200\tPour l'anglais seulement, après l'Improver, faire une seconde passe avec `prompts/humanizer-en.md`. Cette passe est plus exigeante : 3 lectures successives, identification des dernières marques d'IA, reformulation jusqu'à ce que le texte passe le test \"un collègue suspecterait-il l'IA ?\".\n201\t\n202\tL'IT n'a pas cette passe dans le workflow N8N originel. Si le résultat IT semble trop brut, on peut faire une 2ème passe Improver sur le texte avant Internal Linking, mais ce n'est pas le défaut.\n203\t\n204\tOutput JSON `{\"humanized_text\": \"...\"}`.\n205\t\n206\t## Étape 5 : Internal Linking (avec règle hreflang)\n207\t\n208\tEnrichir l'article avec des liens internes vers d'autres pages Cinik. **Approche prioritaire : utiliser les hreflang du site source pour mapper les URLs**.\n209\t\n210\t### Règle métier hreflang (Tom)\n211\t\n212\t**Approche :** pour chaque lien interne FR de l'article source, on cherche l'équivalent dans la langue cible via les hreflang du site Cinik. Si trouvé, on remplace. Sinon, on garde l'ancre sans lien.\n213\t\n214\t**Pas de lien home obligatoire.** Cette règle n'existe pas. On ne force jamais un lien vers la home, on traite uniquement les liens déjà présents dans le source.\n215\t\n216\t**Mode subagent (Phase 2)** : ne PAS lancer hreflang_lookup. Le mapping est déjà dans `translations/hreflang-{lang}.json`. Read ce fichier et applique l'`action` indiquée pour chaque URL FR.\n217\t\n218\tFormat du mapping :\n219\t```json\n220\t{\n221\t  \"https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-de-cheveux/\": {\"found\": true, \"target_url\": \"https://emrahcinik.com/it/...\", \"action\": \"replace_url\"},\n222\t  \"https://emrahcinik.com/fr/prix-greffe-cheveux/\": {\"found\": false, \"action\": \"keep_anchor_remove_link\", \"reason\": \"home_fallback\"}\n223\t}\n224\t```\n225\t\n226\tActions :\n227\t1. `replace_url` : remplacer l'URL FR par `target_url`, traduire l'ancre naturellement.\n228\t2. `keep_anchor_remove_link` : garder le texte de l'ancre, supprimer le markdown link. Pas de fallback home, pas de lien.\n229\t\n230\t**Mode orchestrateur (Phase 1)** : `prepare_batch.py` calcule ce mapping pour toutes les langues en série. Le subagent ne touche pas à bash.\n231\t\n232\tExemple :\n233\t```\n234\tSource FR : Voir [notre page sur la greffe FUE](https://emrahcinik.com/fr/greffe-fue/) pour plus de détails.\n235\t\n236\tSi équivalent IT trouvé -> Vedi la nostra [pagina sul trapianto FUE](https://emrahcinik.com/it/trapianto-fue/) per maggiori dettagli.\n237\tSi pas d'équivalent IT -> Vedi la nostra pagina sul trapianto FUE per maggiori dettagli.   (texte sans lien)\n238\t```\n239\t\n240\tCette règle évite les liens cassés et les liens qui ramènent vers une home générique. Le site Cinik est la source de vérité.\n241\t\n242\t### Liens internes additionnels (au-delà des liens du source)\n243\t\n244\tSi l'article source contient peu de liens internes et qu'il y a des opportunités évidentes (mention d'une autre page Cinik dans le texte), on peut éventuellement en ajouter, **mais seulement si l'équivalent existe via hreflang dans la langue cible**. Si pas d'équivalent, on n'ajoute pas le lien.\n245\t\n246\tLes Google Sheets de pages par langue (`references/sources-databases.md`) restent disponibles en complément. Avec la règle hreflang, elles deviennent secondaires.\n247\t\n248\t### Prompts à utiliser\n249\t\n250\t- FR : `prompts/internal-linking-fr.md` (long, inclut les règles anti-IA car FR ne passe pas par l'Improver)\n251\t- EN : `prompts/internal-linking-en.md` (court)\n252\t- IT : `prompts/internal-linking-it.md` (court)\n253\t- Autres langues : adapter le prompt EN ou IT à la langue cible\n254\t\n255\t**Règles strictes.**\n256\t- Pas de lien home injecté de force\n257\t- Pas de doublon de lien vers la même URL\n258\t- Préserver les liens existants (en appliquant la règle hreflang)\n259\t- Format markdown\n260\t- Si l'URL d'un lien existant ne se traduit pas, garder l'ancre, virer le markdown link\n261\t\n262\tOutput JSON avec `enrichedArticleWithLinks`, `linksReplaced` (URLs FR remplacées par leur équivalent), `linksRemoved` (URLs FR sans équivalent, ancre conservée), `totalLinksTranslated`.\n263\t\n264\t## Étape 6 : SEO Metadata final\n265\t\n266\tSi on a généré le SEO à l'étape 1b, c'est déjà fait. Sinon, adapter au target language : utiliser `prompts/seo-metadata-maker.md` qui gère FR/EN/IT en respectant les règles anti-IA spécifiques à chaque langue.\n267\t\n268\tOutput JSON avec `primaryKeyword`, `language`, `title` (≤ 70 chars, finit par `| Dr Cinik`), `titleCharCount`, `metaDescription` (150-160 chars), `metaDescCharCount`, `url`.\n269\t\n270\t## Étape 7 : Créer le Google Doc final\n271\t\n272\tFormat à respecter dans le Google Doc :\n273\t\n274\t```markdown\n275\t**URL** : https://emrahcinik.com/{lang}/{slug}\n276\t\n277\t**<title>** : Titre SEO | Dr Cinik\n278\t\n279\t**MD** : Meta description optimisée\n280\t\n281\t---\n282\t\n283\t# Titre H1 de l'article\n284\t\n285\t[contenu enrichi avec liens internes]\n286\t```\n287\t\n288\tCréer le Doc via le **CLI partagé** du skill de rédaction (Markdown → Google Doc formaté + partage writer à assous.tom@gmail.com, en un appel) :\n289\t\n290\t```bash\n291\tVPY=/home/dev/.claude/skills/cinik-blog-brief/.venv/bin/python\n292\t\"$VPY\" ~/.claude/skills/cinik-blog-brief/scripts/gdoc_publish.py \\\n293\t  --md /chemin/vers/slug-{lang}.md \\\n294\t  --title \"Cinik - {primaryKeyword} ({lang}) - {date}\"\n295\t```\n296\t\n297\tRécupérer l'URL sur la dernière ligne (`URL=...`). Voir l'étape 6b du skill `cinik-blog-brief` pour l'autorisation initiale (une seule fois) et les options (`--share-email`, `--link-share`, `--folder`).\n298\t\n299\tImportant : pas de `.docx`, uniquement la conversion Markdown → Google Doc formaté via ce CLI. L'ancien MCP `mcp__google-docs__createDocument` n'est pas branché ; ne pas l'utiliser.\n300\t\n301\t## Étape 8 : Validation finale et présentation à Tom\n302\t\n303\tAvant de déclarer le travail terminé, vérifier :\n304\t\n305\t- 0 em dash (U+2014) et 0 en dash (U+2013) dans le texte final\n306\t- titre SEO ≤ 70 caractères, finit par ` | Dr Cinik`\n307\t- meta description entre 150 et 160 caractères\n308\t- au moins un lien vers la home avec l'anchor exacte\n309\t- aucun doublon de lien\n310\t- liens markdown valides\n311\t- pas de patterns IA flagrants en relisant le premier et le dernier paragraphe\n312\t\n313\tPrésenter à Tom :\n314\t- l'URL du Google Doc créé\n315\t- les stats : nombre de mots, nombre de liens internes, conformité titre/MD\n316\t- les choix éventuels qui méritent un coup d'œil (ex : un terme médical traduit de manière non triviale)\n317\t\n318\tTom valide AVANT toute publication ailleurs (cf. CLAUDE.md global). Ne jamais publier directement sans son go.\n319\t\n320\t## Inputs attendus\n321\t\n322\tL'utilisateur fournit en pratique :\n323\t1. URL d'un Google Doc FR, contenu collé, ou URL/ID d'une carte Trello\n324\t2. Langue(s) cible : `en`, `it`, `fr` (ou plusieurs)\n325\t3. Optionnel : SEO existant à respecter, contraintes spéciales\n326\t\n327\tSi plusieurs langues sont demandées, traiter en série (pas en parallèle dans la même passe). Faire FR d'abord (linking + SEO), puis EN, puis IT, en réutilisant le SEO source détecté/généré comme référence.\n328\t\n329\t## Intégration Trello\n330\t\n331\tQuand l'utilisateur demande \"check les cartes à traduire\" ou fournit l'URL d'un board Trello, utiliser le MCP Trello (`@delorenj/mcp-server-trello`) pour :\n332\t\n333\t1. **Lire les colonnes \"Images à Mettre\" et \"A publier\"** : identifier les cartes contenant un lien Google Doc FR sans traduction EN/IT déjà liée.\n334\t2. **Extraire le lien Google Doc** depuis la description ou les commentaires de chaque carte.\n335\t3. **Lancer le pipeline de traduction** sur chaque doc.\n336\t4. **Mettre à jour la description de la carte** avec un tableau récapitulatif des liens FR/EN/IT (voir format dans `references/trello-workflow.md`).\n337\t\n338\tSi le MCP Trello n'est pas installé/connecté, basculer en mode dégradé : demander à Tom de copier-coller manuellement les URLs des Google Docs. Lui rappeler les instructions d'installation dans `INSTALL.md`.\n339\t\n340\t**Important.** Ne jamais déplacer une carte automatiquement vers une colonne \"Traduit\" ou \"Validé\" : Tom valide la qualité d'abord. Le skill ajoute juste les liens, c'est Tom qui décide du mouvement.\n341\t\n342\tVoir `references/trello-workflow.md` pour les détails (tools MCP exposés, format des commentaires, gestion des erreurs).\n343\t\n344\t## Erreurs courantes à éviter\n345\t\n346\t- **Écrire un em dash dans le texte final.** Tom ne le tolère jamais. À chaque passe, vérifier que `grep -P '\\xe2\\x80\\x94' fichier.md` et `grep -P '\\xe2\\x80\\x93' fichier.md` ne renvoient rien (codes UTF-8 du em dash et en dash).\n347\t- **Sauter l'étape Google Translate** et essayer de traduire directement avec Opus. Le pipeline N8N a été calibré avec GT comme premier jet, c'est ce qui permet aux passes suivantes de se concentrer sur la naturalisation. Ne pas court-circuiter.\n348\t- **Localiser les noms propres ou les chiffres.** Dr Emrah Cinik reste Dr Emrah Cinik. Les pourcentages aussi.\n349\t- **Oublier le lien vers la home** dans Internal Linking. Toujours obligatoire.\n350\t- **Bourrer de liens internes.** Viser 5 à 10 liens uniques pour un article de 1500 mots, pas 30.\n351\t- **Ignorer les liens existants** dans le source FR. Les préserver dans la version traduite.\n352\t\n353\t## Fichiers du skill\n354\t\n355\t- `prompts/seo-detector.md` : détecte le SEO existant\n356\t- `prompts/seo-metadata-maker.md` : génère le SEO si absent (FR/EN/IT)\n357\t- `prompts/improver-en.md` : passe Improver UK English (long, complet)\n358\t- `prompts/humanizer-en.md` : passe Humanizer UK English\n359\t- `prompts/improver-it.md` : passe Improver italien\n360\t- `prompts/internal-linking-fr.md` : linking + anti-IA pour FR (long)\n361\t- `prompts/internal-linking-en.md` : linking EN (court)\n362\t- `prompts/internal-linking-it.md` : linking IT (court)\n363\t- `references/workflow-architecture.md` : doc de l'architecture N8N originelle\n364\t- `references/sources-databases.md` : IDs et structures des sheets de pages\n365\t- `references/cms-patterns.md` : patterns CMS Cinik à préserver pendant la traduction\n366\t- `references/trello-workflow.md` : intégration Trello (lecture cartes, mise à jour descriptions)\n367\t- `scripts/translate.py` : script Google Translate via deep-translator (avec protection des patterns CMS)\n368\t"}]},"uuid":"efcecb84-f53c-4833-b8d3-19b7edc2758c","timestamp":"2026-06-01T11:02:38.670Z","sourceToolAssistantUUID":"177997fc-31d7-4163-811b-94fd0deaa0bb","userType":"external","entrypoint":"cli","cwd":"/opt/automator/cinik-writer-transtor/files/articles","sessionId":"e5b0d32c-b7e6-4f5d-830a-2c1bb8398957","version":"2.1.158","gitBranch":"HEAD"}

Apply ALL anti-AI rules below rigorously\n11\t\n12\t---\n13\t\n14\t## ANTI-AI WRITING RULES (MANDATORY)\n15\t\n16\tYour output will be rejected if it contains AI writing patterns. Follow every rule below.\n17\t\n18\t### SECTION 1: Banned vocabulary\n19\t\n20\tNever use any of these words or phrases. Replace them with simpler, more specific alternatives:\n21\t\n22\tdelve, tapestry, vibrant, landscape (figurative), pivotal, crucial, foster, garner, underscore, showcase, testament, enduring, intricate, intricacies, interplay, additionally, furthermore, moreover, it is important to note, in order to, at its core, nestled, in the heart of, groundbreaking, renowned, breathtaking, serves as, stands as, represents a, marks a, not only...but also, it's not just about, seamless, comprehensive, robust, leverage, facilitate, navigate (figurative), realm, multifaceted, holistic, paradigm, synergy, empower, harness, spearhead, cutting-edge, state-of-the-art, game-changing, transformative, revolutionary\n23\t\n24\t### SECTION 2: Content patterns to eliminate\n25\t\n26\t**2a. Inflated significance and legacy language**\n27\tBAD: \"The procedure marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of hair restoration, underscoring its vital role in modern medicine.\"\n28\tGOOD: \"The procedure has become more common since 2015.\"\n29\t\n30\tBAD: \"This initiative serves as an enduring testament to the clinic's commitment to excellence.\"\n31\tGOOD: \"The clinic has offered this procedure since 2010.\"\n32\t\n33\tRule: Remove all claims about something being pivotal, transformative, a testament to, reshaping the landscape, setting the stage for, marking a shift, etc. Replace with specific facts.\n34\t\n35\t**2b. Superficial -ing analyses**\n36\tBAD: \"The clinic uses advanced technology, highlighting its dedication to patient care and showcasing the latest innovations, reflecting broader trends in the industry.\"\n37\tGOOD: \"The clinic uses FUE extraction with sapphire blades, which reduces healing time.\"\n38\t\n39\tRule: Delete every trailing participial phrase (highlighting, showcasing, reflecting, emphasising, underscoring, symbolising, contributing to, cultivating, fostering, encompassing). Rewrite as a separate sentence with a specific fact if the information matters.\n40\t\n41\t**2c. Promotional and advertisement language**\n42\tBAD: \"Nestled within the breathtaking region of Istanbul, Dr Cinik's renowned clinic boasts a vibrant atmosphere and stunning facilities.\"\n43\tGOOD: \"Dr Cinik's clinic is in Istanbul's Sisli district, with capacity for 50 patients per day.\"\n44\t\n45\tRule: Remove all of: nestled, breathtaking, stunning, vibrant, renowned, world-class, must-visit, boasts a, natural beauty, rich heritage, in the heart of. Replace vague praise with specific details.\n46\t\n47\t**2d. Vague attributions and weasel words**\n48\tBAD: \"Experts agree that this technique represents a breakthrough in hair restoration.\"\n49\tGOOD: \"A 2023 study in the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery found 94% graft survival with this technique.\"\n50\t\n51\tRule: Never write \"experts say\", \"studies show\", \"observers note\", \"industry reports suggest\" without naming a specific source. If you don't have a source, state the fact without attribution.\n52\t\n53\t**2e. Formulaic challenges sections**\n54\tBAD: \"Despite these challenges, the clinic continues to thrive, setting the stage for future innovations.\"\n55\tGOOD: \"Recovery takes 10-14 days. Some patients experience swelling for the first 3 days.\"\n56\t\n57\tRule: Don't create formulaic \"challenges and future outlook\" sections. State specific limitations factually.\n58\t\n59\t### SECTION 3: Language and grammar patterns\n60\t\n61\t**3a. Copula avoidance**\n62\tBAD: \"The FUE technique serves as the foundation for modern transplants.\"\n63\tGOOD: \"FUE is the basis for modern transplants.\"\n64\t\n65\tBAD: \"Dr Cinik stands as one of the leading surgeons.\"\n66\tGOOD: \"Dr Cinik is one of the leading surgeons.\"\n67\t\n68\tRule: Use \"is\", \"are\", \"has\" directly. Never write \"serves as\", \"stands as\", \"functions as\", \"marks a\", \"represents a\" when you mean \"is\".\n69\t\n70\t**3b. Negative parallelisms**\n71\tBAD: \"It's not just about the technique; it's about the entire patient experience.\"\n72\tGOOD: \"The technique matters, but so does aftercare.\"\n73\t\n74\tRule: Remove all \"not only...but also\" and \"it's not just...it's\" constructions.\n75\t\n76\t**3c. Rule of three**\n77\tBAD: \"Patients benefit from innovation, expertise, and compassion.\"\n78\tGOOD: \"Patients benefit from experienced surgeons and modern equipment.\"\n79\t\n80\tRule: Don't force ideas into groups of exactly three. Use two, four, or however many are actually needed.\n81\t\n82\t**3d. Synonym cycling**\n83\tBAD: \"The surgeon performs the operation. The physician conducts the procedure. The specialist carries out the intervention.\"\n84\tGOOD: \"The surgeon performs the operation over 6-8 hours.\"\n85\t\n86\tRule: Don't use four different words for the same thing just to avoid repetition. Repeating a word is fine.\n87\t\n88\t### SECTION 4: Style patterns\n89\t\n90\t**4a. Em dash overuse**\n91\tRule: Use em dashes (--) no more than once per 500 words. Use commas, full stops, or parentheses instead.\n92\t\n93\t**4b. Boldface and formatting**\n94\tRule: Don't bold key terms mechanically. Only use bold for actual headings. Don't create bold-colon list items like \"**Recovery:** The recovery period...\"\n95\t\n96\t**4c. Headers**\n97\tRule: Use sentence case in headings (\"Recovery after surgery\"), not Title Case (\"Recovery After Surgery\").\n98\t\n99\t### SECTION 5: Filler and hedging\n100\t\n101\tReplace these automatically:\n102\t- \"In order to\" -> \"To\"\n103\t- \"Due to the fact that\" -> \"Because\"\n104\t- \"At this point in time\" -> \"Now\"\n105\t- \"In the event that\" -> \"If\"\n106\t- \"Has the ability to\" -> \"Can\"\n107\t- \"It is important to note that\" -> delete, just state the fact\n108\t- \"It is worth mentioning that\" -> delete\n109\t- \"Furthermore\" / \"Moreover\" / \"Additionally\" -> delete or use \"Also\" sparingly\n110\t\n111\tRemove excessive hedging:\n112\tBAD: \"It could potentially be argued that the technique might have some positive effect.\"\n113\tGOOD: \"The technique may improve graft survival.\"\n114\t\n115\t### SECTION 6: Conclusions\n116\t\n117\tBAD: \"The future looks bright for hair restoration. Exciting times lie ahead.\"\n118\tGOOD: \"Clinical trials for stem cell treatments are expected to report results in 2026.\"\n119\t\n120\tRule: Never end with vague optimism. Why a hair transplant stays the reference option, and when a hair system genuinely makes sense.\n\n---\n\n# Hair system: how it works, daily upkeep and how it compares with a transplant\n\nOne man in three loses hair visibly before 30. By 50, it is one in two. So plenty of people look for a quick answer. A hair system is one of them. Let us be clear from the start: **it cures nothing. It hides.**\n\nTorn between a hair system and a permanent solution? We will go through how a hair system works, who it suits, what it asks of you day to day, and what it really costs, in money and in time. Honestly. Without overselling anything.\n\nLet us say it plainly right now: **a [hair transplant in Turkey](https://emrahcinik.com/) stays the reference option.** A hair system is a **plan B**. A valid solution, yes, but only in certain cases that we will set out below.\n\n## What a hair system is\n\nA hair system is a device that covers a bald area of the scalp. It also goes by **hairpiece**, hair replacement, or simply a modern toupee. You will often come across the term \"hair system\" in English.\n\nCareful, this is not a full wig that covers the whole head. A partial hair system sits only where your hair has gone. It blends in with what you have left.\n\n### What a hair system is made of\n\nTwo parts, no more. A **base**, and **fibres**.\n\nThe base is a very thin membrane. It comes in lace, in polyurethane (skin), or in fine mono. Each material has its logic. Lace breathes better and stays discreet at the roots. Polyurethane mimics skin very realistically and grips the adhesive well.\n\nThe fibres are then either synthetic or human hair. Human hair styles like your own and lasts longer. Synthetic costs less, but ages faster and hates heat.\n\n### How a hair system stays on the head\n\nSeveral ways to fix it. By glue (liquid adhesive), by double-sided adhesive tape, by clips, or by micro links attached to the existing hair.\n\nEach method has its trade-off. Glue holds for several days, but needs regular cleaning. Clips come off in the evening, but **they pull on your natural hair.** Keep that detail in mind, we come back to it further down.\n\n## Who a hair system suits\n\nA hair system does not suit everyone in the same way. It all depends on your case. And above all: in the vast majority of situations, **it is only considered when a transplant is not possible.**\n\nIt can help people with diffuse hair loss, those affected by extensive alopecia areata, or patients who have lost their hair after chemotherapy. In these situations, a transplant is not always an option.\n\nIt also appeals to men with advanced androgenetic alopecia, that is, hereditary baldness linked to hormones, who want an immediate result. And to women with thinning hair looking for volume without surgery.\n\nIn short, a hair system answers a specific need: getting the look of hair back straight away. No operating theatre. No months of waiting. But that immediate result is paid for day to day, and that is the whole point of what follows.\n\n### Where a hair system hits its limits\n\nIt also has its contraindications, very real ones. Very sensitive scalp, or one prone to irritation? The adhesives may cause trouble. Some glues trigger **contact dermatitis**, an inflammatory reaction of the skin.\n\nDo you sweat a lot, do intense sport? Keeping it in place quickly becomes a headache. And if what you want is a solution you forget about entirely, look elsewhere. A hair system demands attention. All the time.\n\n## The daily upkeep of a hair system\n\nThis is often where it falls down. A hair system is not something you fit once and forget. **It is a daily commitment, with no break.**\n\nIn practice, here is what awaits you, again and again:\n\n- **Clean the base** regularly to clear away glue residue and sebum.\n- **Wash the fibres** with specific products, not just any shampoo.\n- **Reapply the adhesive** every few days, or peel off then re-stick the whole system.\n- **Reposition** a continuously bonded system every **two to six weeks**, depending on the method.\n- **Care for human hair fibres** like real hair: gentle detangling, hydration, heat protection.\n\nNone of this is optional. Skip a step and the look gives the hair system away, or the scalp reacts. It is a routine that never stops.\n\n### How long a hair system lasts\n\nA hair system does not last forever. Far from it.\n\nA synthetic system often holds for **a few months**. A good-quality human hair system usually lasts **between six months and a year**, sometimes longer if you look after it carefully. After that the fibres wear out, the base weakens, and the look degrades.\n\nThe upshot: you have to **replace the hair system regularly.** A cycle that starts over. For life, as long as you wear the system. Nothing grows underneath: your baldness carries on progressing beneath the membrane.\n\n## The hidden cost of a hair system\n\nA hair system is often sold to you as an affordable solution. The reality is more nuanced. Because the true cost is not only financial. It is also counted in time and constraints.\n\nA hair system is replaced **several times a year.** And each replacement has a price. Add the adhesives, the cleaning products, the tapes, sometimes the salon appointments for fitting and cutting.\n\nOver ten or twenty years, these repeated outlays pile up. **What looked cheap at the start becomes a real burden over time.** That is the hidden cost no one mentions to you.\n\nAnd time, in all this? It counts too. Upkeep, repositioning, constant vigilance. You watch the weather, the sweating, the wind. This **mental load** is very real, and it never stops as long as you wear the system.\n\n### The risk to your natural hair\n\nHere is the point that too often goes unsaid. **Systems fixed under tension can damage the hair you have left.**\n\nRepeated traction on the follicles causes what is known as **traction alopecia**, hair loss caused by the constant pulling. Clips, tight links, fixings that pull continuously end up weakening the hair at the hairline. At first this alopecia is reversible. But if the tension lasts for years, it can become **permanent and scarring.**\n\nIn other words, a badly fitted or overly tight hair system can **make your starting situation worse.** Hence the importance, once again, of a professional diagnosis before you commit.\n\n## Hair system or transplant: what truly sets them apart\n\nThis is the central question. Two radically different approaches. **One hides, the other treats.**\n\nA hair system is temporary and external. It does not make your hair grow back, it covers it. An immediate result, yes, but you stay **dependent on the system**, on its upkeep and its repeated replacements.\n\nA hair transplant is a permanent procedure. Your own hair follicles are taken from a resistant area, then reimplanted in the bald zones. The transplanted hair grows back and stays. **It is yours.**\n\n### What each option really involves\n\nA transplant calls for an upfront investment and a little patience. The results show fully after several months, the time it takes for the transplanted hair to grow. But once regrowth has settled in, **you have nothing left to manage.** No adhesive, no replacement, no daily constraint.\n\nModern techniques, such as FUE, sapphire and DHI, give a natural look and quick healing. The result blends into your existing hair density.\n\nA hair system, by contrast, gives you a result from day one. Except that result is paid for in **constant upkeep and lifelong replacements.** That, in the end, is the real trade-off: an immediate but conditional comfort, against a lasting solution that frees you.\n\nThat is why, at the clinic, **a transplant stays the solution we recommend first** as soon as it is feasible.\n\n### And if a transplant is not possible\n\nThere are real cases where a transplant is not indicated. That is precisely where a hair system regains its full value as a **covering solution.** Here are the situations that justify it:\n\n- **Insufficient donor area**: not enough resistant follicles to harvest to cover the bald zones.\n- **Baldness too extensive** or still progressing, which would leave a transplant result incomplete.\n- **Medical contraindication** to surgery.\n- **Active alopecia areata**, or other alopecia not eligible for transplantation.\n- **Refusal of surgery**: you simply do not want to be operated on.\n\nIn these cases, a hair system keeps all its sense. And other routes exist too, to slow the loss or add density. Minoxidil and finasteride act on the progression of baldness. Hair PRP and scalp mesotherapy stimulate the follicles still in place.\n\nA point of honesty, here too: with androgenetic alopecia, **these treatments slow or thicken, but never replace a lost follicle.** Stop them and the loss resumes. They are first-line maintenance. Only a transplant redeploys permanent follicles, and that is why it stays the reference when it is possible.\n\n## Practical things to weigh before you choose\n\nBefore you decide, ask yourself the right questions. Where are you in your baldness? Is your loss stable, or still progressing? Are you after an immediate result, or a lasting one?\n\nMeasure your **tolerance for upkeep** too. A hair system is an endless routine. If that constraint already weighs on you just thinking about it, it will soon become a burden.\n\nDo not forget the psychological effect. Hair loss touches self-esteem and well-being. A solution that reassures you matters enormously. But a solution that stresses you day to day can do the opposite.\n\nFinally, **never decide alone on the strength of an advert.** A personalised diagnosis examines your scalp, your donor area and the type of alopecia involved. It is the only way to know what really suits you, and to check first whether a transplant is possible.\n\n## What Dr Emrah Cinik's clinic offers\n\nAt the clinic, everything starts with a full hair analysis. We examine your scalp, measure your density, and identify the precise cause of your loss.\n\nIf a transplant is indicated, and that is the most frequent case, the techniques for men and for women adapt to each profile. The aim: a **natural and permanent** result, designed for your morphology.\n\nAnd if a transplant is not the best option for you? The diagnosis then points you towards the most relevant solutions, a hair system included when it is justified. Here, **honest advice comes before everything else.**\n\n## Scientific references\n\n1. Senza venderti niente di troppo.\n\nDiciamolo apertamente fin da ora: **il [trapianto di capelli in Turchia](https://emrahcinik.com/it/) resta l'opzione di riferimento.** La protesi e un **piano B**. Una soluzione valida, si, ma solo in certi casi che vedremo qui sotto.\n\n## Cos'e una protesi capillare\n\nUna protesi capillare e un dispositivo che copre una zona diradata del cuoio capelluto. La si chiama anche **sistema capillare**, complemento capillare, o piu semplicemente parrucchino moderno. In inglese troverai spesso il termine \"hair system\".\n\nAttenzione, non e una parrucca classica che ricopre tutta la testa. La protesi parziale si applica solo dove i capelli sono spariti. Si fonde con quelli che ti restano.\n\n### Di cosa e fatta una protesi\n\nDue elementi, non di piu. Una **base** e delle **fibre**.\n\nLa base e una membrana molto sottile. Esiste in pizzo (lace), in poliuretano (skin), o in mono fine. Ogni materiale ha la sua logica. Il pizzo respira meglio e resta discreto alla radice. Il poliuretano, invece, imita la pelle in modo molto realistico e trattiene bene l'adesivo.\n\nLe fibre, poi, sono sintetiche oppure in capelli umani. I capelli umani si acconciano come i tuoi e durano piu a lungo. Il sintetico costa meno, ma invecchia piu in fretta e detesta il calore.\n\n### Come tiene una protesi sulla testa\n\nDiversi modi per fissarla. Con la colla (adesivo liquido), con bande adesive biadesive, con clip, o con micro legature agganciate ai capelli esistenti.\n\nOgni metodo ha il suo compromesso. La colla tiene diversi giorni, ma impone una pulizia regolare. Le clip, invece, si tolgono la sera, ma **tirano sui tuoi capelli naturali.** Tieni a mente questo dettaglio, ci torniamo piu sotto.\n\n## A chi e adatta la protesi capillare\n\nLa protesi non va bene per tutti allo stesso modo. Tutto dipende dal tuo caso. E soprattutto: nella grande maggioranza dei casi, **la si prende in considerazione solo quando un trapianto non e possibile.**\n\nPuo aiutare chi soffre di caduta diffusa dei capelli, chi e colpito da un'alopecia areata estesa, o i pazienti che hanno perso i capelli dopo una chemioterapia. In queste situazioni un trapianto non e sempre praticabile.\n\nInteressa anche gli uomini con alopecia androgenetica avanzata, cioe la calvizie ereditaria legata agli ormoni, che vogliono un risultato immediato. E le donne con capelli diradati in cerca di volume senza intervento.\n\nIn sintesi, la protesi risponde a un bisogno preciso: ritrovare un aspetto di capelli subito. Niente sala operatoria. Niente mesi di attesa. Ma questo risultato immediato si paga ogni giorno, ed e proprio il nodo di cio che segue.\n\n### Quando la protesi raggiunge i suoi limiti\n\nHa anche le sue controindicazioni, ben concrete. Cuoio capelluto molto sensibile o soggetto a irritazioni? Gli adesivi rischiano di creare problemi. Alcune colle scatenano una **dermatite da contatto**, una reazione infiammatoria della pelle.\n\nSudi molto, fai sport intenso? La tenuta diventa in fretta un rompicapo. E se quello che cerchi e una soluzione da dimenticare del tutto, lascia perdere. La protesi richiede attenzione. Sempre.\n\n## La manutenzione quotidiana di una protesi capillare\n\nE spesso qui che si inceppa. Una protesi non e un oggetto che si applica una volta per tutte. **E un impegno quotidiano, senza pause.**\n\nIn concreto, ecco cosa ti aspetta, ancora e ancora:\n\n- **Pulire la base** regolarmente per eliminare i residui di colla e di sebo.\n- **Lavare le fibre** con prodotti specifici, non uno shampoo qualunque.\n- **Riapplicare l'adesivo** ogni pochi giorni, oppure staccare e riattaccare tutto il sistema.\n- **Riposizionare** un sistema incollato in continuo ogni **due-sei settimane**, a seconda del metodo.\n- **Curare le fibre in capelli umani** come veri capelli: districatura delicata, idratazione, protezione dal calore.\n\nNiente di tutto questo e opzionale. Salta un passaggio e il risultato tradisce la protesi, oppure il cuoio capelluto reagisce. E una routine che non si ferma mai.\n\n### La durata di una protesi\n\nUna protesi non dura per sempre. Tutt'altro.\n\nUn sistema sintetico tiene spesso **qualche mese**. Un sistema in capelli umani di buona qualita dura di norma **tra sei mesi e un anno**, a volte di piu se lo curi con attenzione. Dopo, le fibre si consumano, la base si fragilizza e il risultato peggiora.\n\nConclusione: bisogna **sostituire la protesi regolarmente.** Un ciclo che ricomincia. A vita, finche porti il sistema. Sotto non cresce niente: la tua calvizie, lei, continua a evolvere sotto la membrana.\n\n## Il costo nascosto di una protesi capillare\n\nLa protesi ti viene spesso venduta come una soluzione economica. La realta e piu sfumata. Perche il costo vero non e solo finanziario. Si conta anche in tempo e in vincoli.\n\nUna protesi si sostituisce **piu volte all'anno.** E ogni sostituzione ha un prezzo. Aggiungi gli adesivi, i prodotti di pulizia, le bande, a volte gli appuntamenti in salone per l'applicazione e il taglio.\n\nSu dieci o vent'anni, queste spese ripetute si accumulano. **Cio che all'inizio sembrava economico diventa col tempo un vero peso.** Ecco il costo nascosto che ci si dimentica di dirti.\n\nE il tempo, in tutto questo? Conta anche lui. Manutenzione, riposizionamento, attenzione costante. Sorvegli il meteo, il sudore, il vento. Questo **carico mentale** e ben reale, e non si ferma mai finche porti il sistema.\n\n### Il rischio per i tuoi capelli naturali\n\nEcco il punto che troppo spesso si passa sotto silenzio. **I sistemi fissati per tensione possono rovinare i capelli che ti restano.**\n\nLa trazione ripetuta sui follicoli provoca quella che si chiama **alopecia da trazione**, una caduta causata dal tiraggio permanente. Le clip, le legature strette, gli agganci che tirano in continuo finiscono per indebolire i capelli sul bordo. All'inizio questa alopecia e reversibile. Ma se la tensione dura anni, puo diventare **definitiva e cicatriziale.**\n\nIn altre parole, una protesi mal posizionata o troppo stretta puo **peggiorare la tua situazione di partenza.** Da qui l'importanza, ancora una volta, di una diagnosi professionale prima di lanciarti.\n\n## Protesi capillare o trapianto: cosa li distingue davvero\n\nE la domanda centrale. Due approcci radicalmente diversi. **Uno nasconde, l'altro tratta.**\n\nLa protesi e temporanea ed esterna. Non fa ricrescere i tuoi capelli, li copre. Risultato immediato, si, ma resti **dipendente dal sistema**, dalla sua manutenzione e dalle sue sostituzioni ripetute.\n\nIl trapianto di capelli e una procedura **definitiva.** Si prelevano i tuoi stessi follicoli piliferi in una zona resistente, poi li si reimpianta nelle zone diradate. I capelli trapiantati ricrescono e restano. **Sono tuoi.**\n\n### Cosa comporta davvero ogni opzione\n\nIl trapianto richiede un investimento iniziale e un po' di pazienza. I risultati si vedono pienamente dopo diversi mesi, il tempo che i capelli trapiantati crescano. Ma una volta che la ricrescita si e assestata, **non hai piu niente da gestire.** Niente adesivo, niente sostituzione, nessun vincolo quotidiano.\n\nLe tecniche moderne, come la FUE, lo zaffiro e la DHI, danno un risultato naturale e una cicatrizzazione rapida. Il risultato si fonde nella tua densita capillare esistente.\n\nLa protesi, al contrario, ti offre un risultato gia dal primo giorno. Solo che quel risultato si paga in **manutenzione permanente e sostituzioni a vita.** Ecco, in fondo, il vero compromesso: un comfort immediato ma sotto condizione, contro una soluzione duratura che ti libera.\n\nEcco perche, in clinica, **il trapianto resta la soluzione che raccomandiamo per prima** non appena e realizzabile.\n\n### E se il trapianto non e possibile\n\nEsistono casi, ben reali, in cui il trapianto non e indicato. Ed e proprio qui che la protesi ritrova tutto il suo interesse come **soluzione di copertura.** Ecco le situazioni che la giustificano:\n\n- **Zona donatrice insufficiente**: non abbastanza follicoli resistenti da prelevare per coprire le zone diradate.\n- **Calvizie troppo estesa** o ancora in evoluzione, che renderebbe incompleto il risultato di un trapianto.\n- **Controindicazione medica** alla chirurgia.\n- **Alopecia areata attiva**, o altra alopecia non idonea al trapianto.\n- **Rifiuto della chirurgia**: semplicemente non vuoi essere operato.\n\nIn questi casi, la protesi mantiene tutto il suo senso. E esistono anche altre strade per rallentare la caduta o densificare. Il minoxidil e la finasteride agiscono sull'evoluzione della calvizie. Il PRP per capelli e la mesoterapia capillare stimolano i follicoli ancora presenti.\n\nUn punto di onesta, anche qui: sull'alopecia androgenetica, **questi trattamenti rallentano o densificano, ma non sostituiscono mai un follicolo perso.** Appena li si interrompe, la caduta riprende. Sono manutenzione di prima linea. Solo il trapianto ridistribuisce follicoli definitivi, ed e per questo che resta il riferimento quando e possibile.\n\n## Considerazioni pratiche prima di scegliere\n\nPrima di decidere, poniti le domande giuste. A che punto sei nella tua calvizie? La tua caduta e stabilizzata, o continua a progredire? Cerchi un risultato immediato, o duraturo?\n\nMisura anche la tua **tolleranza alla manutenzione.** Una protesi e una routine senza fine. Se questo vincolo ti pesa gia solo a pensarci, diventera in fretta un fardello.\n\nNon dimenticare l'effetto psicologico. La perdita dei capelli tocca l'autostima e il benessere. Una soluzione che ti rassicura conta enormemente. Ma una soluzione che ti stressa ogni giorno puo produrre l'effetto opposto.\n\nInfine, **non decidere mai da solo sulla base di una pubblicita.** Una diagnosi personalizzata esamina il tuo cuoio capelluto, la tua zona donatrice e il tipo di alopecia in causa. E l'unico modo per sapere cosa ti conviene davvero, e per verificare prima se un trapianto e possibile.\n\n## Cosa propone la clinica del Dr Emrah Cinik\n\nIn clinica, tutto comincia con un'analisi capillare completa. Esaminiamo il tuo cuoio capelluto, misuriamo la tua densita, individuiamo la causa precisa della tua caduta.\n\nSe il trapianto e indicato, ed e il caso piu frequente, le tecniche di trapianto per uomo e per donna si adattano a ogni profilo. L'obiettivo: un risultato **naturale e definitivo**, pensato per la tua morfologia.\n\nE se il trapianto non e l'opzione migliore per te? La diagnosi ti orienta allora verso le soluzioni piu pertinenti, protesi compresa quando si giustifica. Qui, **l'onesta del consiglio viene prima di tutto il resto.**\n\n## Riferimenti scientifici\n\n1. Alfonso, M., Richter-Appelt, H., Tosti, A., Viera, M. S., & García, M. (2005). Per your convention (uncertain slug → plain anchor text, no link, to avoid broken links since no live hreflang verification was available), all other internal links were converted to plain translated anchor text. So each doc carries one verified internal link (home) plus the message intact.\n\nMessage preserved throughout: hair system = plan B only when a transplant is impossible; transplant is the reference; downsides (daily upkeep, hidden lifelong cost, mental load, traction alopecia risk that can become permanent/scarring) emphasised. Exact figures kept (1 in 3 before 30, 1 in 2 at 50, two-to-six weeks repositioning, six months to a year lifespan), proper nouns kept (Dr Emrah Cinik), and the four scientific references kept verbatim with original DOIs/URLs.\n\nPer the global rule, these are drafts for your review — no publication elsewhere without your go."}],"stop_reason":null,"stop_sequence":null,"stop_details":null,"usage":{"input_tokens":2,"cache_creation_input_tokens":930,"cache_read_input_tokens":73337,"cache_creation":{"ephemeral_5m_input_tokens":930,"ephemeral_1h_input_tokens":0},"output_tokens":3,"service_tier":"standard","inference_geo":"not_available"},"diagnostics":null},"requestId":"req_011CbcRvMUSyr4MbRXg3L7zm","attributionAgent":"general-purpose","type":"assistant","uuid":"b47e6703-58ae-420a-a150-3fd2cebf5679","timestamp":"2026-06-01T11:05:23.437Z","userType":"external","entrypoint":"cli","cwd":"/opt/automator/cinik-writer-transtor/files/articles","sessionId":"e5b0d32c-b7e6-4f5d-830a-2c1bb8398957","version":"2.1.158","gitBranch":"HEAD"}
