**June 2025 Core Update Impact (June 30 - July 17):** The June core update completed its rollout in mid-July, bringing significant ranking volatility, particularly between July 11-14. This update showed interesting patterns:

- Many sites penalized by the September 2023 Helpful Content Update saw recoveries (the site recovered last year following our depenalization plan)
- YMYL (Your Money Your Life) medical sites experienced declines, which may have affected our sector. (our site did not get affected)
- Google implemented the MUVERA retrieval algorithm, improving search precision
- New AI features expanded, including AI summaries in Google Discover

**Important Update:** Following the tragic loss of patient on August 3rd, all London PR campaigns and media buying initiatives have been postponed at the request of Sera. While this event occurred outside our reporting period, the subsequent media coverage has resulted in increased search visibility and rankings across multiple keywords. 

Here's a breakdown of the impact by country:

- Core update volatility stabilized by mid-July with generally positive outcomes on the site
- Unusual ranking improvements observed due to increased media mentions
- London PR campaign is paused and the UK Digital Press relation campaign is paused as well following Sera's request.
