Our revamped website has shown impressive conversion performance across our main markets:

**Overall conversion performance:**

- Conversion rate increased from 1.03% to 1.19% (+0.16%)

- This represents 16 more leads per 1,000 visitors. It looks low, but based on our annual traffic in English, French and Italian of approximately 500,000 visits, this 0.16% improvement would generate an additional 950 leads per year. This represents approximately 20% more conversions without any increase in traffic.

**Market-specific results:**

- **English market**: 24.12% more conversions despite 17% less traffic

- **Italian market**: 14.5% more conversions despite 27% less traffic

- **French market**: Smaller decline in conversions compared to traffic drop

**Conversion rates by market:**

- **English**: 1.24% (up from previous period)

- **Italian**: 1.34% (up from previous period)

- **French**: 0.94% (up from previous period)

- **German** (no revamp): 0.32% (down from previous period)

**Long-term impact:**

_This improvement will generate approximately 950 additional english, french and italian leads per year based on our normal traffic levels +20%_

The revamp focused on improving user journey, site visuals, and making it easier for potential patients to leave their information. The website now better represents the clinic’s quality and streamlines the inquiry process.

Conversion rates are affected by both website design and market conditions. When market demand is lower (as it is now), visitors are typically less likely to submit inquiries even on well-designed sites. This makes our conversion improvements even more valuable during this challenging period.

The French market shows lower conversion improvement because its overall market demand has decreased more dramatically than other regions. This is a market-specific factor rather than a website performance issue.

**Website Languages Deployment:**

We have successfully deployed the website in multiple languages:

- Previously revamped languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Romanian, Polish, Czech
- Newly added languages: Turkish, Serbian, Croatian

This expanded language coverage allows us to better serve diverse markets and improve our international reach.


## **SEO Impact: A Longer-Term Process**

_The SEO impact of the website revamp will take several months to fully materialize, which is normal and expected. And because we are now in the top 3 or close on most of the keyword it is a game a optimising and testing a lot of small things._

The website revamp has not yet significantly impacted our SEO performance, which is completely normal at this stage:

- Search positions remain stable despite a lot of movement on Google tests that impact the site on specific days of the month, but overal,l the ranks are stable compared to March 25

- Content improvements will yield SEO benefits over time

- Remember our previous depenalisation plan took 6-8 months to show full results

Our new block builder system now allows us to:

- Implement optimisations more efficiently

- Test SEO optimisations and remove or implement them easily

- Make continuous improvements as we compete for top positions

This is important because it allows us to fight better and with more speed than with the old system.

We’ve significantly improved content, formulation, and phrasing across the site. These enhancements will have a positive impact on rankings, but as with all SEO work, results take time. We’re now competing for top-3 positions in most business keywords, which requires more precise optimization and testing. The new website architecture provides us with better tools for this competitive phase.
